Role Description:
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
Strategise and develop content ideas, and curate content briefs.
Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience, and users.
Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.
Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels.
Overseeing the development and implementation of all influencer campaigns from ideation to execution and reporting of the same with detailed analysis.
Set up and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the campaign’s success.
Identify new opportunities for collaborating with established influencers and come up with innovative ways to approach influencer campaigns.
Cultivate professional partnerships with existing contacts.
Work with the marketing and influencer agencies to curate influencer content for the relevant brand.
Maintain trackers and present reports along with analysis of campaign performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience of at least 3 years in Influencer Marketing or related roles, preferably within an agency environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas, influence stakeholders, and build rapport with clients.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven approach.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
