Our team in Gurgaon currently has an opening for a Sales Manager YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES ASMis responsible for all activities related to selling of product and salesadministration, stocks & debtors management, cost control, as well as theprofit and loss of his key accounts. The purpose of therole is to manage Techno commercial sales, after sales services & new businessdevelopment in West and North India and achieve the gross profit target, tosupport the growth of Food & Nutrition business unit of Brenntag India. Key responsibility is for Promotion of Nutraceutical products. Dutiesand Responsibilities: - Achieves optimum turnover/profit according to the agreed budget and RBT(result before tax) by ensures that the annual sales plan is achieved inaccordance with the established sales objectives and strategies. Generaterevenue from existing customers & products as well as acquire new customers/productsto support the growth of the business unit. Managestocks for the current business & plan for the new business. Liaise with the customers for the purchase orders and ensure timely orderprocessing & dispatch. Keep the customer informed about any update/changes regarding dispatchschedule, materials etc. Updatethe CRM with the details regarding client communications/sales activities ondaily basis. Conduct face to face meetings with the key customers on a regular basis andresolve the queries of the assigned customers. Generatesand keeps updated a marketing plan for relevant products by identifying key customers and products for the business evaluating the size,nature and trend of the market monitor competitors activities recommendobjectives and strategies for various suppliers and their products Responsiblefor timely collection of payments from the assigned customers. Toconduct plant trails on own or along with technical team. Coordinationand teamwork. YOUR PROFILE Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemical science / food science or any related field. Master’s degree in business administration or marketing would be anadvantage. Experience: 8-10 years in selling andmarketing of ingredients Food Industry (In Specific Dairy/ Beverages / Snacks/ Convenience Foods (Flavor House), Products handling Hydrocolloids,Enzymes, Specialty M. Starches, Nat Colors, Clean Label Solutions, Dietary Fiber, Neutraceutical Products Others: Fluent in English (verbal and written) Leadership and good communication skill Accustomed to working in an international environment.
