Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at InfraMantra. Based in Gurgaon and Delhi, this full-time role involves leading sales efforts in the Real Estate sector. You will play a crucial role in driving field sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their property investment needs are met effectively. Salary upto 6LPA. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in sales with a strong understanding of the real estate market and trends. Demonstrable experience in field sales, capable of managing face-to-face interactions with potential clients. Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and developers. Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions for property investments. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools for tracking and managing leads. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Experience in managing a sales team, including training and development of team members. Must have the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the property market. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, setting targets and monitoring performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate developers to foster partnership and growth. Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas of growth for the company. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients and developers. Analyze sales data to improve efficiency and meet sales targets. Coordinate with marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and establish a robust online presence. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.
