Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. This is a full-time mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will spearhead sales initiatives, particularly in luxury and high-rise residential sectors, driving growth and expanding our clientele in the real estate market. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in luxury sales, particularly the residential sector (Mandatory skill). Expertise in high-rise residential sales with a track record of success (Mandatory skill). Solid experience with CRM platforms to manage client relationships effectively. Comprehensive knowledge of real estate development processes. Excellent sales management capabilities with strong leadership skills. In-depth understanding of the residential real estate market trends. Skill in recognizing client's residential needs and providing customized solutions. Strong communication and negotiation skills to facilitate successful sales closures. Roles and Responsibilities Lead and manage the sales team to achieve set targets and increase market share in the Gurgaon region. Develop strategic sales plans to promote and sell luxury residential properties. Collaborate closely with the Portfolio Manager to understand client needs and provide tailored property options. Oversee site visits and client meetings ensuring a seamless experience. Maintain excellent relationships with developers and other real estate stakeholders. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies effectively. Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Provide ongoing training and development for the sales team to enhance performance and meet goals.
