We are hiring a Account Manager for a leading UAE-based staffing/outsourcing firm

Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Bengaluru, India - Richmond road - 5 days/ work from office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Account Management

  • Foster strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders and ensure ongoing

satisfaction.

  • Handle escalations, feedback, and expectation management proactively.

  • Revenue Generation & Growth

  • Drive revenue growth from current accounts through consistent delivery and value

addition.

  • Identify new opportunities within accounts and across regions (India & GCC).

  • Actively support lead generation and business acquisition activities.

  • Work closely with the recruitment team to align candidate sourcing with client

expectations.

  • Be able to understand and interpret IT job descriptions, technologies, and hiring

challenges.

Reporting & Internal Coordination

  • Maintain and update CRM/ATS tools regularly.

  • Share weekly dashboards, performance metrics, and pipeline reports with internal and

external stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in account management, staffing, or recruitment services (IT

industry preferred).

  • Experience working with recruitment delivery teams, ideally in a client-facing capacity.

  • Proven track record of revenue growth and client acquisition.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Knowledge of Indian IT hiring trends and a fair understanding of roles like developers,

testers, cloud engineers, etc.

  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
