Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager with experience in the staffing industry to manage and grow client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of staffing solutions, client servicing, and talent acquisition. This role involves building long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring successful delivery, and identifying opportunities to expand business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client requirements and ensure successful fulfillment of staffing needs
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback
- Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of services
- Prepare and present performance reports and insights to clients
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients
- Ensure compliance with client-specific and industry regulations
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the staffing or recruitment industry
- Strong understanding of staffing processes, including sourcing, screening, and placement
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of industry-specific hiring needs (e.g., IT, healthcare, engineering, etc.)
- Experience in contract staffing, permanent placements, and/or MSP environments
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
