Objective :

Hamilton is actively driving initiatives to attract, train, and retain talent, with a strong emphasis on crafting and executing programs for leadership advancement, succession planning, and cultivating a culture of high performance.


Talent Management

· Design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.

· Identification, development & promotion of high performers in the system

· Development of career growth plans with structured inputs in assessment and development for next level.

· Responsible for Competency Development & frameworks for roles / levels

· Identifying key positions for succession planning & defining the succession plan.

· Responsible to identify training needs, performance gaps and design learning interventions based on the analysis at organization level, functional level & at individual level

· Responsible for developing & implementing Assessment Centre & Development Centre

· Responsible to conduct 360 Degree feedback and implementation of improvements of action plans.


Organization Development, Culture, Engagement

· Conduct organizational needs analysis and lead the development of change management plan to ensure all employees have the skills, knowledge and experience to perform their roles to the highest standard and meet the future needs.

· Plan Leadership Development Programs to enhance leadership capabilities & entrench leadership practices & behaviour’s across various organization levels

· Set up Learning and Development and Engagement process for Hamilton across Corporate and Plant locations

· Drive employee engagement through facilitation of engagement action plans.

Actively partner with leaders to address root causes of low employee engagement.


Team Management :

· Responsible to control L&D & Engagement activities PAN India – All 4 plants.

· Quarterly feedback session with team.

· Facilitate development of Team with respect to Behavioural and Functional competency.


Competency skills :

  • Essential know-how on People & Organizational development competency.
  • Understanding of various Talent Management strategies & Learning frameworks.


Technical Skills :

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
