1 Key Responsibilities
1.1 Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
1.2 Employee Engagement:
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- Address employee concerns and support initiatives to enhance job satisfaction.
1.3 HR Operations:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
2 Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process and facilitate feedback sessions.
- Identify and address training and development needs within the organization.
3 Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and manage documentation related to employee lifecycle management.
4 Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Prior experience in HR or relevant internships is an advantage.
5 Stipend and Benefits
- Stipend: ₹5,000 per month.
