As an HR Intern, you will support the People and Culture team in a range of activities, including but not limited to:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assisting in sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Coordinating interviews and communication with candidates.
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Engagement:

  • Assisting in organizing team-building activities and events.
  • Gathering and analyzing feedback from employees through surveys and discussions.

HR Operations:

  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Assisting in creating and improving HR policies and procedures.

Learning & Development:

  • Coordinating training sessions and workshops.
  • Assisting in tracking employee development initiatives.

Other Duties:

  • Conducting research on HR best practices and trends.
  • Supporting ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
