Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in achieving targets consistently. Responsibilties Identifying potential clients in the market and initiating new business. Identifying potential business opportunities through existing clientele. Understanding the requirements of the customer and map it to our IT products. Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms, building credibility, gaining market share. Ability to manage the relationship at various levels of the clients. Liaising between the clients and internal teams for various concerns, wherever required. Driving the Sales revenues & achieving them.
