Responsibilities :Greet and direct customersCustomer service / Front-end customer handling by providing accurate information (e.g. Product repair options, pricing and accessory sales services)Answer customers’ questions about specific products/servicesTroubleshooting technical-related issues and ensuring to resolve the issues within TATCross-sell productsPromote accessory sales including add-on packsManage returns of merchandiseCoordinate with the other departments’ teams to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)Inform customers about discounts and special offersProvide customer feedback to the Team LeaderStay up-to-date with new products/servicesEscalate problems when unable to resolve customer issuesAdhere to the Ample and Apple complianceFrom time to time complete the required Ample & Apple courses

Knowledge and SkillsUnderstanding of the retail sales and service processKnowledge of computer hardware and software is an added advantageFamiliarity with consumer behaviour principlesKnowledge of inventory stocking proceduresTrack record of achieving sales and service quotasExcellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationshipsAbility to perform in fast-paced environmentsFlexibility to work various shiftsShould be technically sound.Should be able to handle customer queries and should aim at customer delightSelf-driven and goal-oriented
