Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager at SM Laser Technology in Bengaluru. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities in the designated area, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide technical support and product presentations to clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
- Maintain and update client records in the system.
- Could you collaborate with the engineering team to ensure customer satisfaction?
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control & Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 02 and a maximum of 5 years of experience in technical sales/Industrial marketing is required.
- Knowledge of the Laser industry, automobiles, Aerospace, heavy engineering industries, or FMCG will be preferred.
- Diploma Candidates can also apply.
Special Skills Required:
- Self-motivated, honest, confident, hardworking, and able to work independently
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts
- Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills.
- Committed to stability and long-term growth.
- Candidates with two-wheeler vehicles will be preferred.
Job Location: Chennai/Bangalore (On-site, remote). Required travel outside for marketing purposes.
Number of Vacancy: 01 (One)
Salary Range: 3 to 5 Lacs/Annum depending on candidate’s capabilities.
Office Hours: 10am – 6pm (Monday to Saturday)
