We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Engineer to join our team at Oorja Technical Services Pvt. Ltd. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and lead generation in the field of calibration and testing instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities by establishing connections and building relationships with potential clients.

2. Generate new business leads by visiting industries and project sites to stay updated on market and project status.

3. Approach new businesses with proposals to close deals and expand our client base.

4. Manage and maintain sales and client databases to ensure efficient relationships with new and existing clients.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in field sales in instrumentation, industrial products, or machinery.

2. A degree in instrumentation or mechanical engineering will be an added advantage.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively negotiate and convince clients.

4. Good negotiation skills to close deals and expand our client base.
