Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in the zone through effective liaison with channel partners and sales staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth in the zone.
  • Liaise with channel partners to motivate their sales staff to sell company products.
  • Manage customer queries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales managers and WPOs to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prospect new channel partners to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Graduate or PG/MBA degree.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
