Job Overview

We are seeking a result-oriented and proactive
Business Growth Manager
to join our team. The role involves driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in institutional/B2B sales and a strong understanding of the education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients (schools, colleges, coaching institutes, training centers) for business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as principals, academic heads, and administrators.
  • Pitch and present EdTech solutions effectively to decision-makers.
  • Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for lead generation and solution improvements.
  • Maintain CRM data and provide timely reports on pipeline and performance.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales (EdTech/Education/SaaS preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of the education landscape (K-12, test prep, higher education, upskilling).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations.
