Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented
Business Growth Manager
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales—particularly within the education or EdTech domain—and a strong ability to build client relationships, drive revenue growth, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with schools, coaching institutes, colleges, and training centers for potential partnerships
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Present and pitch EdTech products effectively to key decision-makers (e.g., principals, academic heads, administrators)
  • Lead sales negotiations, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for lead generation and product improvement
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular updates on sales pipeline and performance

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in EdTech, education, or SaaS)
  • Strong knowledge of the education ecosystem (K-12, test prep, higher education, or upskilling sectors)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and in teams
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations as needed
