Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager– B2B Travel (DMC) located in Gurgaon. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and negotiating contracts. Other responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
·Achieve assigned
sales and revenue targets
within the allocated region.

Identify, acquire, and onboard
new travel agents and tour operators.
·Conduct
product and system training
(online and on-site) for partner agencies to promote online bookings.
·Build and maintain strong, long-term
relationships with B2B partners
.
·Drive
business development initiatives
and manage the
P&L of the assigned territory
.
·Continuously analyze market trends to identify
growth opportunities
and enhance partner engagement.
·
Bachelor's degree
in Business, Tourism, or a related field.
·
4–5 years of experience
in B2B sales within the
travel/DMC sector
.
·Strong
sales acumen
with a proven record of achieving business targets.
·Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
.
·
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
