Job Position - Manager - Amadeus (Only from Travel Industry)

Excellent knowledge of Amadeus required

Experience required: 8-10 years

Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate Partnerships and Relationship Management: Identify and acquire new Hotel API leads, including OTAs, TMCs, Fintech companies, and other sectors interested in or want to grow in hotel business. Evaluate potential partners based on business.

Manage the end-to-end affiliate partnership lifecycle, including proposal communication, commercial negotiations, integration fee discussions, contract execution, and onboarding.

Facilitate seamless API integrations by coordinating technical discussions, document collection, SLA finalization, and training sessions to ensure a smooth go-live process.

Conduct weekly/fortnightly review meetings to assess business performance, identify challenges, optimize partner portfolios, and implement strategies for growth.

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximize inventory sales, drive revenue growth, and enhance brand visibility through targeted marketing campaigns.

  • Hotel Operations & Customer Experience Management: Head customer support operations, including hiring, training, and managing teams to ensure high-quality service and timely issue resolution.

Establish and refine service standards while conducting regular training programs to enhance team efficiency in handling inquiries, requests, resolving complaints, and managing customer expectations.

Analyze customer feedback and key service metrics to identify areas for improvement, enhance service quality, and implement self- healing processes.

Define and modify SLAs as per evolving business needs to optimize
