Job Title: Manager - Business Development & Growth (B2B Sales)
Overview: We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales in the K-12
education sector. This role focuses on building relationships with schools and districts to
promote our educational solutions
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Identify trends and opportunities within the K-12 education market.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement plans to achieve revenue goals.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with school decisionmakers.
Solution Selling: Tailor our offerings to meet client needs and present solutions
effectively.
Lead Generation: Generate and convert leads through networking and industry events.
Collaboration: Work with marketing to create effective sales campaigns.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and suggest improvements.
Negotiation: Handle contract negotiations for mutual benefit.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (B.TECH, M.TECH PREFERRED).
5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in K-12 education.
Strong understanding of the education landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
