Shift Timing:  4:30 AM – 1:30 PM IST (Early Morning Shift)

About the Role

You'll learn the ropes of international solar sales by:

  • Handling inbound leads and initial conversations via calls, email, live chat, Zoom
  • Crafting and sharing basic solar quotes and follow-ups
  • Closing opportunities via defined scripts and support workflows
  • Logging lead updates and sales activities in CRM under senior guidance
  • Participating in training sessions and daily sales huddles
  • Educating yourself on solar benefits, rebates, and client pain points
What We're Looking For

-Fluent in English  with excellent communication & persuasion skills

-Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

-Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented

-Ability to work in early morning shifts (4:30 AM to 1:30 PM IST)

-Comfortable with using CRMs, online tools, Zoom, etc.
