
Sales Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position where you'll engage with potential clients, follow a script, and help them schedule calls with our advisors.
Key Responsibilities:- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients using our dialer.
- Introduce our service and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Follow a step-by-step guide to conduct conversations.
- Track call results and update statuses in the CRM system.
- Meet daily and weekly sales goals with support from your team lead.
- Join virtual meetings and coaching sessions.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Strong phone presence and ability to stay positive on calls.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with remote tools.
- Stable internet connection, electricity, and access to a computer.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles is a plus.
- Work 100% from home with a consistent shift.
