
Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads and expanding existing relationships.
Your primary focus will be on prospecting and outreach, using defined criteria and call scripts to qualify prospects and prioritize follow-ups. You will also be responsible for securing discovery calls and on-site discovery meetings for the senior sales team, managing calendars and confirmations, and updating all interactions, notes, lead statuses, and next steps in the CRM in real time.
Required Skills & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven experience in lead generation/SDR/BDR or similar role
- Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills; comfortable with outreach targets
- Appointment setting experience with measurable results
- Solid CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and habit of meticulous data entry
- Ability to qualify leads using frameworks like BANT, MEDDIC, or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication; confident, clear, and persuasive
- Organized, goal-driven, and resilient with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
