Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious Sales & Business Development professional to drive revenue growth and build strategic partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for converting customer interest into sales, expanding our retail network, and nurturing strong relationships with existing customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Sales: Respond to online sales inquiries, manage abandoned carts, and support the customer journey from browsing to repeat purchase.
  • Wholesale & Partnerships (B2B): Identify and pitch our brand to multi-brand stores, boutiques, and gifting platforms, onboard new stockists, and maintain strong relations with partners to secure re-orders.
  • Sales Strategy & Reporting: Track sales performance, report weekly on sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor benchmarks, and work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales pushes.
  • Community & Events: Represent our brand at pop-ups, exhibitions, and PR activations, collect leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, comfortable with numbers, social, approachable, and customer-first mindset, organized and proactive in follow-ups.
  • Experience in fashion or lifestyle retail is desirable.


KPIs / Success Metrics:
  • Monthly revenue targets achieved, number of new stockists/partnerships onboarded, conversion rate improvement, customer retention, and repeat purchases.
