Key Business Expansion Position
This strategic role is focused on driving business growth through sales strategy development, market expansion, and revenue generation within assigned territories.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales channels across assigned areas to boost sales and increase brand visibility.
- Maintain strong working relationships with merchants and stakeholders to foster growth and drive key business metrics.
- Implement strategies for recruitment, people management, and productivity improvement to drive high performance.
- Monitor competition and share insights with the leadership team to inform business decisions.
- Analyze return on investment (ROI) and implement measures to enhance it.
Educational Requirements:
Candidates must hold a graduate degree or MBA with a good academic record.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in relevant fields with hands-on experience in merchant acquiring, engagement, and payment solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, sales/customer service focus, and go-getter approach.
- Strong understanding of merchant-facing roles and payment solution ecosystems, along with field sales experience and proven track records of increasing sales and revenue.
- Problem-solving abilities, strong ethics, discretion, and a drive for results.
