Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Project Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales and establishing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring the successful promotion of our texture coating solutions across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed project sales targets.- Identify and build relationships with prospective clients, including builders, contractors, and organizations in diverse industries.- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions to showcase the unique benefits of Renovo’s texture coatings.- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout.- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure products meet client specifications and requirements.- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, driving repeat business.- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 2+ years of experience in project sales, preferably in the construction or coatings industry.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.- Understanding of India’s diverse climatic conditions and their impact on building materials is a plus.- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
