Position Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious and skilled Business Development Executive to join our IT software company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology landscape and will be responsible for driving revenue growth through identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth and Lead Generation:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT software sector.- Generate leads through networking, cold calls, email campaigns, and attending industry events.- Collaborate with marketing to design targeted campaigns for potential clients.- Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals.- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.- Sales and Proposal Development:

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and proposals to prospective clients.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation of software solutions.- Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and potential customer needs.

- Monitor competitor activities to develop strategies that differentiate our solutions in the market.- Provide insights and feedback to the product development team for enhancements.

Collaboration and Strategy:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align business development activities with company objectives.- Contribute to strategic planning and goal setting for market expansion and revenue growth.

Reporting and Performance Tracking:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the IT/software industry.- Strong understanding of IT software solutions, industry trends, and technology ecosystems.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Ability to identify client pain points and offer solutions effectively.- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other business tools.- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Experience:

- 1-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the IT/software industry.
