**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create customized solutions for clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain records of all client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Graduation in a related stream (IT, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent).
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in business development within the IT industry.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Office, CRM software, and LinkedIn.
