We are looking for a proactive Business Development professional to drive lead generation, introduce our services to new clients, and build strong, lasting relationships with potential partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research industry trends and events to identify promising business leads.
  • Engage with real estate developers, architects, and project stakeholders to explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Evaluate and screen potential business deals, considering financials, market strategies, and deal requirements.
  • Develop, negotiate, and manage business contracts to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with teams to seamlessly integrate new contracts into ongoing operations.
  • Uphold confidentiality and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • Continuously enhance skills through professional development and networking.


Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in telesales or a related sales role, with a solid track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
