Your Role (What You’ll Do)- Ready to relocate in Dubai, UAE

1. Conquer Paid Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Campaigns like a pro.
  • Drive conversions through data-driven ad strategies across search, display, and social platforms.
  • Continuously A/B test creatives, audiences, and ad copy to discover what makes users click (and buy).

2. Build Targeted Strategies

  • Define and refine audience targeting strategies to ensure Pantheon’s message reaches the right people.
  • Research and implement trending keywords and market insights into campaigns.

3. Analyze and Optimize

  • Monitor campaign performance in real time using analytics tools.
  • Generate actionable insights to reduce CPC by 10% per quarter while maintaining or improving performance.
  • Scale high-performing campaigns for maximum ROI.

4. Collaboration is Key

  • Work with the content and design teams to create scroll-stopping visuals and copy.
  • Align campaigns with broader marketing goals for seamless execution across all platforms.

5. Reporting and Strategy Tweaks

  • Prepare reports on key campaign metrics like CTR, ROI, and lead quality.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for future campaigns.

What You Bring (Your Toolkit)

  • Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in running high-performance digital ad campaigns.
  • Skills:
  • Mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Campaign Manager.
  • Analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel.
  • Creative flair for crafting engaging copy and concepts that convert.
  • Personality:
  • Results-driven, with a knack for numbers and a love for learning.
