About Our Client Bangalore-based fintech and SaaS company on a mission to simplify finances for individuals , tax professionals and businesses in India and beyond.Founded in 2011, the company began by helping salaried professionals e-file income tax returns and has since expanded into GST, e-invoicing, wealth & investment tools, enterprise compliance and working-capital/credit solutions. Job Description Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify and build relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the EU market. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve competitive positioning. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and generate regular reports for management. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence. The Successful Applicant A successful EU Sales Leader should have: A strong background in sales within the software industry. Excellent understanding of the technology and fintech space. Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships effectively. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analytics . Able to manage a team of Rockstar AE's
