Founded in 2011, the company began by helping salaried professionals e-file income tax returns and has since expanded into GST, e-invoicing, wealth & investment tools, enterprise compliance and working-capital/credit solutions. Job Description - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. - Identify and build relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the EU market. - Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. - Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. - Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve competitive positioning. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and generate regular reports for management. - Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence. The Successful Applicant A successful EU Sales Leader should have: - A strong background in sales within the software industry. - Excellent understanding of the technology and fintech space. - Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships effectively. - Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analytics. - Able to manage a team of Rockstar AE's What's on Offer - Opportunities for professional growth within the software industry. - A supportive and collaborative work environment in Bangalore.
