This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside senior leaders, including the CRO and CEO, supporting high-impact sales initiatives and contributing to our go-to-market success in the identity and cybersecurity space.Roles And Responsibilities: • Lead Generation & ProspectingIdentify, research, and qualify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and partner channels.Manage and nurture leads in the CRM with timely follow-ups.• Sales EngagementConduct introductory sales calls, understand customer pain points, and pitch SaaS/IT solutions accordingly.Schedule product demos with senior sales or presales teams.• Pipeline & Target OwnershipMaintain a healthy sales pipeline and work towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.Track opportunities and update CRM with accuracy.• Customer InteractionEngage with decision-makers (Managers, IT Heads, CISOs, Procurement teams) and build strong relationships.Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide solutions.• Proposal & DocumentationAssist in preparing proposals, quotations, MoMs, and relevant sales documentation.• CollaborationWork closely with Marketing to execute campaigns that drive qualified leads.Coordinate with Product, Presales, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experience.• Market IntelligenceStay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs in the SaaS and cybersecurity domain.Required Skill Set: Technical & Sales SkillsMinimum 1.5+ years of experience in SaaS or IT Software Sales.Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycle, lead qualification, and pipeline management.Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).Comfortable engaging with enterprise and mid-market customers.Ability to learn and pitch technology products quickly (IAM, Cybersecurity, IT software).Communication & Soft SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.High ownership, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset.Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.Comfortable with travel when required.PreferredExperience in cybersecurity, identity management, or IT infrastructure sales is an added advantage.Prior experience in B2B software selling.Key Benefits Professional growth and development Health Insurance Autonomy & Flexibility Opportunity for innovation & creativity Strong team environment Opportunity to work with seasoned sales professionals & domain experts.
