Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in Pune. This full-time, on-site role is a perfect opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the growth of startups and the entrepreneurial ecosystem. You will focus on deal sourcing, client onboarding, sales, and driving membership for Pune Angel Network , helping us expand our reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and source high-potential deals, fostering relationships with promising startups and entrepreneurs.
Develop and execute strategies for onboarding new clients and startups into the iAccelerate ecosystem.
Pitch Pune Angel Membership to prospective investors and onboard angel members.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation and outreach to closing deals.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with startups, investors, and ecosystem partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals.
Represent iAccelerate at networking events, pitch meetings, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
Proven experience in deal sourcing , sales , and business development , preferably in the startup or tech ecosystem.
Strong skills in lead generation , business communication , and account management .
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including founders and investors.
Knowledge of the startup landscape, angel investing, and entrepreneurial challenges is a strong plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
