Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Sangli. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, driving sales growth, and building relationships with clients and partners. The role involves overseeing sales operations, setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, and providing training and support to the sales team. The Sales Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of sales objectives with company goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales management, sales strategy, and business development
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
