Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Sangli. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, overseeing distributor and dealer networks, expanding market reach, attaining sales targets, and maintaining customer relationships. Daily tasks include coordinating with distributors and dealers, analyzing sales metrics, driving sales strategies, and providing market feedback to enhance product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of sales management, market analysis, and sales strategies
  • Experience in distributor and dealer management and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to manage a team and work independently
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the FMCG or ice cream industry is a plus
