What we are looking? We are looking for the position of Business Development Associate at the Hyderabad location. We are looking for Dynamic male candidates with excellent communication skills. Business Development Associate Responsibilities: Dynamic male candidates with Excellent Communication skills. Identifying new sales leads (Lead Generation, Cold Calling (50-60 calls per day), Convincing Skills, Negotiation Skills) Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on LinkedIn, and social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products Developing quotes and proposals Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in-person Building and maintaining a CRM database. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Participating in sales team meetings. Office Timing Mon to Fri: 1 pm to 10 pm. Saturday-2 to 8 pm. Only Male Candidates can apply. Any Graduation with 1 to 3 Years of Experience can apply. Immediate Joiners are Preferred References would be Highly Appreciated.
