Location : 3 Positions in Gurgaon/Noida, 1 Bangalore & 1 Chennai.

Budget: 8-9 LPA


Job Responsibilities :

  • Take full ownership of and manage the hiring plans for your business lines
  • Build and maintain partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, HRBPs, and outsourced partners to deliver workforce and talent acquisition plans
  • Influence and drive sourcing strategies to support the hiring mandates
  • Proactively connect with top talent and build a strong talent pipeline for critical business functions and leadership positions
  • Utilize all conventional and non-conventional sourcing channels such as social media, skill-specific websites, professional and social networking sites/groups, search engines and possible forums to locate both active and passive candidates, conduct resume mining and do research for positions.
  • Utilize Boolean search methodology, and other data mining techniques to identify resumes and candidate profiles
  • Act as the subject matter expert on recruiting markets, competitive trends, compensation, and other relevant areas.


Skills and Experience:

Masters Degree or equivalent experience

7 -10 years of recruitment or equivalent experience either in-house and/or agency in technical and/or sales hiring

Proven, strong sourcing ability utilizing multiple, creative sourcing avenues across a wide range of technical and engineering disciplines

Proven ability to build positive relationships with multiple stakeholders and candidates in a demanding environment

Outstanding project and program management skills; productive and efficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects/priorities.
