Key Responsibilities:Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions, with an emphasis on
bulk hiring for sales teams .Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability for the role.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Collaborate with the HR team and department heads to understand specific recruitment requirements.Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and progress.Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.Track recruitment metrics and provide reports on hiring progress.
Requirements:Experience:
Minimum 1+ year of experience in recruitment, with proven expertise in
bulk hiring, especially for sales roles .Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting, job boards).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Familiarity with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
