Indusspay (Primeindus Fintech Solutions Private Limited) is a B2B Fintech start-up company headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Our primary focus is on providing seamless payment infrastructure to small and big businesses PAN India and we specialize in easy onboarding, seamless API integration, Quick KYC verification. Being PCI DSS compliant, we have a fully secured and fast platform. Our payment gateway is integrated with 40 banks and renders over 250+ payment options.
**Job Overview**:
As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Indusspay, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across IT and non-IT roles to support our rapid growth in the payments industry. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, create job descriptions, and employ effective recruitment strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to define job requirements, write detailed job descriptions, and update progress regularly.
- Offer Management: Assist in preparing and extending offers, negotiating terms,and following up until closure.
- Recruitment Strategy: Propose and implement innovative recruitment strategies to
attract the best talent.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring activities are in compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong experience in recruiting both IT (developers, QA, infrastructure roles) and Non-IT roles (Legal, operations, marketing) for the payments industry.
- Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong database of applicants from both IT and Non-IT fields.
- Familiarity with recruitment strategies specific to the payments industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 1.6 years of experience in talent acquisition for IT and non-IT roles.
- Knowledge of the payments industry is an advantage.
- Understanding of current recruitment trends and best practices
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
