Service Desk Sr. Specialist

- End-user device support.
- Troubleshooting network connectivity problems (LAN, WAN, WiFi).
- Support applications (Outlook, printing, scanning, etc.).
- Hardware support (Printers, MFPs, desk phones, etc.)
- Installation and configuration of a company’s hardware operating systems and applications.
- Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Testing and evaluating new technology.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience with a good understanding of Networking, Active Directory, and Windows, prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
