Job Description
  • End-user device support.
  • Troubleshooting network connectivity problems (LAN, WAN, WiFi).
  • Support applications (Outlook, printing, scanning, etc.).
  • Hardware support (Printers, MFPs, desk phones, etc.)
  • Installation and configuration of a company’s hardware operating systems and applications.
  • Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • Testing and evaluating new technology.

Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience with a good understanding of Networking, Active Directory, and Windows, prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent English proficiency.
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
