Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Zigment, you’ll play a pivotal role in our recruitment team, supporting the full recruitment cycle, contributing to employer branding, and participating in various interviewing and recruitment-related activities. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced AI-driven company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Support employer branding efforts to enhance Zigment’s reputation as a top workplace.
  • Conduct and coordinate candidate interviews and assessments.
  • Develop and manage innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with HR and other teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in full-life cycle recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Experience or knowledge in employer branding.
  • Ability to develop and manage effective recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and regulations.
  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
