Roles and Responsibilities


As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Topskill, you will:


  • Candidate Sourcing : Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Resume Screening : Evaluate resumes to match job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Interview Coordination : Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and interview panels.
  • Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support ongoing recruitment needs.
  • Database Updates : Organize and update candidate information in the recruitment system.
  • Recruitment Analytics : Assist in tracking recruitment metrics and preparing reports.
  • Employer Branding : Support initiatives to enhance Topskill's employer brand across various platforms.


What We’re Looking For


  • Education : Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills : Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of applicant tracking systems or recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Organization : Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Passion : A keen interest in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
