Job Title: Art Director (Consultant)

Location: HSR Layout

Employment Type: 2 months

As an Art Director at Unigage, you will shape the visual direction, design, and overall aesthetic of campaigns from concept to execution. You will inspire and motivate junior team members, guiding them to create powerful, compelling work. Your creativity, strategic vision, and visual storytelling will elevate our clients' brands, making an impact across digital, social, and experiential channels.

What You’ll Do:1. Ideation and Concept Development

  • Develop powerful, visually compelling concepts that align with client goals and brand identities.
  • Lead the ideation process, providing strong conceptual and strategic thinking for a variety of brands across digital, social, experiential, activations, and film.
  • Stay informed on global, national, and cultural trends to ensure creative is current, relevant, and impactful.

2. Campaign Development and Execution

  • Create visually captivating campaigns that resonate with audiences, meet client requirements, and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Present and pitch creative concepts to clients, effectively communicating your vision and inspiring confidence in the proposed direction.
  • Work closely with clients to refine ideas and ensure alignment with their brand vision, balancing their input with creative integrity.
  • Build a trusted partnership with clients, deeply understanding their brand and helping shape their creative strategy.

3. Leadership and Team Collaboration

  • Lead a team of designers and creatives, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering their professional growth.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept to final execution, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
  • Actively contribute to Unigage's own creative brand and positioning, reinforcing our commitment to strategic, high-quality design.
  • Balance hands-on involvement with high-level direction, empowering team members while ensuring the creative quality remains top-notch.

4. Market Impact and Recognition

  • Establish and implement creative strategies that position Unigage as a leading creative force, respected and admired within the industry and by clients.
  • Create work that reflects a deep understanding of market insights, culture, and creative trends, setting Unigage apart as a leader in innovative design.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2+ years of experience in a creative role, with a strong portfolio that showcases excellence in visual storytelling and brand-building.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, develop creative marketing solutions, and implement data-driven designs with an emphasis on digital media.
  • A forward-thinking perspective, anticipating trends and shaping breakthrough creative strategies that exceed client expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an innovative approach to creating unique visual narratives and concepts.
  • Ability to develop trusted client relationships, acting with the client’s best interests in mind and maintaining high standards.

  • Partner with the Creative Director to clarify briefs, challenge assumptions, and push the team to create exceptional work.

Please note- This is a hybrid role, however, you must be present in office once every week
