Curated Talent Solutions Pvt. Ltd, is looking for an Jr. Art Director position with one of its esteemed clients in the advertising industry based in Bangalore. This company specializes in working with premium brands across various sectors like healthcare, real estate, retail, ecommerce, jewellery, and fashion.

We are looking for an Art Director

  • Minimum 1-2 years professional experience as an art director within advertising/design industry with solid portfolio of work that demonstrates eye for visual storytelling
  • Visual storytelling skills and graphics proficiency
  • Experience in creating visually appealing content
  • Strong understanding of design principles and designing tools, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • A bachelors degree in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline is welcomed but it is not mandatory as long as you can let your work be your certificate
  • Proficient in developing short videos / animated GIFs for social media and digital platforms.

Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site, 5 days working role for a Junior Art Director based at Bengaluru office.
  • Work closely with the account management and design teams to brainstorm ideas, create visual concepts, and develop art works
  • Understand and interpret creative briefs to develop and execute creative concepts visually in line with the brand guidelines
  • Conceive original visual ideas, adapt global templates and content based on feedback and briefs for a range of corporate and brand communications materials- including print, web, mobile, video, and social media
  • Stay tuned on appropriate global brand guidelines and brand voice for visual consistency across creative materials
  • Collaborate with a team of account managers, planners and creative champions from concept development to execution of the final product
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in creating great work
