Roles and Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Topskill, you will:
- Candidate Sourcing : Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Resume Screening : Evaluate resumes to match job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Interview Coordination : Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and interview panels.
- Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support ongoing recruitment needs.
- Database Updates : Organize and update candidate information in the recruitment system.
- Recruitment Analytics : Assist in tracking recruitment metrics and preparing reports.
- Employer Branding : Support initiatives to enhance Topskill's employer brand across various platforms.
What We’re Looking For
- Education : Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills : Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of applicant tracking systems or recruitment tools is a plus.
- Organization : Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
- Passion : A keen interest in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
