Talent Acquisition Intern



Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months (with potential for permanent position based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for the organisation.
  • Support in managing job descriptions, job postings, and job advertisements to ensure they reach the right audience.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate's qualifications and suitability for open positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and provide regular updates and feedback.
  • Support in promoting diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in monitoring recruitment metrics and gathering data to help evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Biotechnology or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and human resources is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online job boards and social media platforms.
