Role Overview As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Zigment, you’ll play a pivotal role in our recruitment team, supporting the full recruitment cycle, contributing to employer branding, and participating in various interviewing and recruitment-related activities. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced AI-driven company.
Key Responsibilities Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Support employer branding efforts to enhance Zigment’s reputation as a top workplace.
Conduct and coordinate candidate interviews and assessments.
Develop and manage innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with HR and other teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Qualifications Strong skills in full-life cycle recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
Experience or knowledge in employer branding.
Ability to develop and manage effective recruiting strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with HR best practices and regulations.
Currently enrolled or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
