As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Topskill, you will:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Resume Screening: Evaluate resumes to match job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and interview panels.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support ongoing recruitment needs.
- Database Updates: Organize and update candidate information in the recruitment system.
- Recruitment Analytics: Assist in tracking recruitment metrics and preparing reports.
- Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance Topskill's employer brand across various platforms.
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of applicant tracking systems or recruitment tools is a plus.
- Organization: Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
- Passion: A keen interest in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
