Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive (Electrical / E&TC) for technical sales — ideal for engineers with prior client-facing or project coordination experience who are ready to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and approach potential clients in the automation, power, and industrial sectors
- Present services with technical clarity: SCADA, PSO, PACiS, commissioning, substation automation, manpower supply
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and rate contracts
- Coordinate with HR/Operations for engineer deployment and client requirements
- Build and maintain long-term relationships (e.g., Schneider, ABB , and other industry leaders)
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and pipeline management
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / E&TC (mandatory)
- 2–5 years in B2B/technical sales or business development (automation/power/industrial domain)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel as required
- Exposure to leading clients and cutting-edge automation technologies
- Remote-friendly now ; transition to NCR office in 2026
- ₹25,000+ per month (negotiable) + attractive performance incentives
