Scalex Solutions is India's leading growth consulting firm, helping MSME businesses (₹5Cr+ turnover) to scale sustainably through personalised consulting in Branding, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Systems, Operations, Team Building, Cash Flow Management, and Fundraising (Bank Loans, Equity, SME IPO, Mainboard IPO).
Our goal is to empower MSMES to reach their full potential with handholding from senior-level experts.
Role Objective
To identify, nurture, and convert qualified leads into long-term consulting and fundraising clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience while consistently achieving monthly and annual acquisition targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Qualification & Pre-Nurturing
- Review incoming leads from marketing (paid and organic channels) daily.
- Conduct discovery/nurturing calls to qualify prospects based on Scalex criteria (turnover, business model, pain points, funding or consulting needs).
- Map customer requirements with Scalex services and prepare them for expert consultation sessions.
2. CRM Management & Reporting
- Update and maintain detailed records of each lead in the CRM (custom Google Suite CRM).
- Ensure each prospect is moved through the correct funnel stage: Initial Contact → Qualified Lead → Consultation → Proposal → Closure.
- Generate and maintain accurate pipeline and conversion reports weekly.
3. Client Coordination
- Coordinate between the client, Senior Sales Expert, and relevant Experts for solution meetings.
- Schedule and follow-up for Consultation sessions, Mandate signing, and Invoice clearance.
- Maintain continuous communication with prospects until closure, reducing drop-offs.
4. Collaboration with Sales Closure Expert
- Share qualified prospect information, pain points, and key highlights with the Senior Sales Expert before calls.
- Support the closure expert by arranging secondary meetings, clarifications, and onboarding calls.
5. Client Onboarding Support
- Assist the Accounts and Project Coordination team for the smooth handover of closed clients.
- Ensure initial documentation (contracts, onboarding forms) is completed accurately and promptly.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in B2B Sales, Consulting, Financial Advisory, or SaaS is preferred.
- Strong communication, listening, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to explain complex services in a simple, relatable manner.
- CRM usage experience is a plus.
- Highly organised with strong follow-up and multitasking ability.
- Self-starter attitude, proactive thinking, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
